Job Description

The HR & Communications Administrator provides professional administrative support across the Human Resources and Internal Communications functions. This role requires strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a high level of self-motivation and accountability. The successful candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, a collaborative mindset, and a strong interest in developing capability across Human Resources, Administration, and Internal Communications in alignment with Takeda-ism and site priorities.

Requirements

  • Currently working towards or recently completed a third-level qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Previous administration experience desirable.
  • Demonstrated understanding of general administrative processes and confidentiality requirements.
  • Experience working with HR systems or databases would be advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
  • High level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Interest in media, publishing, design, or internal communications desirable.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm, accountability, and willingness to learn.
