We are looking for a Learning & Development Trainee to join the Learning & Development team and support the training and development initiatives across the resort. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the design and delivery of training programs in a luxury hospitality environment. As a Learning & Development Trainee, you will support the L&D team in organizing, coordinating, and delivering training programs for employees across various departments. You will assist in tracking training progress, preparing training materials, and ensuring the continuous professional development of our team. This internship is ideal for those looking to develop their skills in learning & development in a high-end hospitality setting.
