Duties typically include: * Take accurate financial information related to construction projects. * Producing take-offs for building plans. * Communicate with clients and colleagues to exchange financial construction-related information. * Understand and ensure Legal and regulatory compliance is followed. * Administrate and analyse contracts, timesheets, tenders, pre-qualifying questionnaires, and price lists. * Perform cost assessments, measurements, or valuations using research-derived data. * Prioritise safety for oneself and others in the work environment. The apprenticeship will develop the technical, interpersonal, and behavioural skills, knowledge and competence outcomes that are required for surveying technicians to work effectively within a range of working environments.
