Job Description

We are offering a 12-month placement opportunity for students currently enrolled on a sandwich degree programme to join our People team and gain first-hand experience in one of the most dynamic HR environments in the industry. There are multiple roles available across our People function, including fixed and rotational opportunities in the following areas: 1. People Operations 2. Talent Acquisition 3. Campus and Reward (rotational) 4. Marketing and Organisational Development (rotational) This placement provides a structured path to develop your knowledge of HR operations, talent strategy, reward and marketing communications, all while supporting the systems and people that power a high-performance technology organisation.

Requirements

  • Be enrolled on a sandwich degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Social Sciences or Organisational Psychology, with a graduation date in 2028
  • Have a strong academic performer, with an excellent record at A-Level or BTEC
  • Have excellent organisation and time management skills coupled with a proactive and collaborative approach to work
