Job Description

Providing continuous updates in terms of quantitative details on products and investment strategies. - Supporting the local RFP Writer in the daily activity. - Sharing the daily office life with the Institutional Sales. - Increasing confidence in Sales Support team’s activities. The data management is an important component to support sales activities. It is at the basis of: - preparation of RFPs (Requests for Proposals), - update of Consultants databases - periodic information sharing of mutual funds details The scope of this activity is to feed high quality responses to questionnaires from Institutional Clients, in respect of the deadline for each request.

Requirements

  • Attention to details and attitude to transparency.
  • Time management skills and focus on the respect of deadlines.
  • Savoir-faire in dealing with different teams/colleagues with various backgrounds (mainly sales, portfolio managers, investment specialists).
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of the asset management business.
  • High level of expertise in using MS Word and Excel (pivot tables and vertical lookup are a must).
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint.
  • Good English (written and spoken) and fluent Italian language are required
