








We are currently seeking a motivated, positive and enthusiastic young individual to join our People Team as a Learning & Development Support. The internship lasting 6 months initially with possibility to extend by additional 6 months is a perfect opportunity for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the field of training and develop their skills in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful Learning & Development Intern will support the Learning & Development function in the design, coordination and delivery of training initiatives aimed at developing employees’ skills and supporting business performance. Working closely with the Learning & Development Manager, the intern will contribute to the organization of training programs, learning events and internal development initiatives, gaining exposure to the full training cycle: planning, coordination, delivery support and follow-up. More specifically: · Support the organization and scheduling of training sessions (internal and external). · Assist in coordinating logistics such as meeting invitations, training rooms, participant lists and materials. · Help manage training calendars and internal communications related to learning initiatives. · Assist in the preparation of training materials, presentations and learning resources. · Support the implementation of internal learning initiatives such as workshops, learning pills or development programs. · Deliver short presentations / training sessions, under supervisor’s guidance. · Collaborate with different departments to collect training needs and feedback. · Maintain and update training records and attendance reports. · Support the monitoring of training participation and completion rates. · Assist in preparing training reports and basic analysis on learning activities. · Help promote learning initiatives through internal communication channels. · Contribute to improving the employee learning experience by gathering feedback and suggestions.
