As a Process Operator Apprentice you will join us on a three year programme spending one day a week receiving specialist training. You will learn basic manufacturing and operations skills, giving you a great foundation to build on. On-site, you will be based within our Operations team where you will undertake “on the job” in-house training, with a manufacturing focussed programme, plus some exposure to other departments within the company. Upon completion of training you will join our team as a fully qualified Process Operator.
