Job Description

You will join the Digital Client Support team within the Client Service area, where our focus is on digitalising the customer experience and service for our group. As a Student Assistant in Content Writing and Content Management, you will play an essential role in enhancing the client experience by creating, editing, and managing content , such as articles and videos , that educate and guide our clients. We aim to deliver world-class service and support through accurate , relevant, engaging, and client-friendly content via our digital support channels, ensuring that clients receive the assistance they need to navigate our wide range of products and services.

Requirements
