Im Team: Unterstützung des kaufmännischen Projektmanagements bei allen abteilungsinternen Aufgaben und Projekten, sowie die Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Team Aufgabenplanung: Mitwirkung beim Mahnwesen sowie der Bürgschaftsverwaltung Dokumentation: Mitarbeit bei der Prüfung von Nachunternehmer- und Lieferantenrechnungen Projektarbeit: Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von monatlichen Ergebnis- und Projektberichten

Requirements

Studium mit betriebs- oder immobilienwirtschaftlichem Hintergrund mit dem Schwerpunkt Controlling/ Rechnungswesen
Zuverlässiger, sorgfältiger und strukturierter Arbeitsstil
