



You will support the HRIS project management team working on Corporate Social Responsibility Directive (CSRD) to gather, verify and consolidate relevant Key Performance Indicators and data points You will support data quality initiatives in our HRIS, Workday, by ensuring consistent, accurate, and timely review of activities and trend. You will assist in data analysis by collecting, organizing, and interpreting data from various sources to support HR decision-making processes. You will develop and implement data governance processes and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and resolve data-related issues. You will develop and maintain documentation on HR data processes, policies, and procedures. You will support stakeholder empowerment by providing training and resources to HR team members, enabling them to better understand and utilize Workday and associated data systems. You will foster a data-oriented culture through animation of global HR communities. You will assist with the creation and distribution of HR reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders. You will participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed as part of the HR transformation team.
