Job Description

We are looking for motivated student employees to support our digital and AI initiatives, combining hands-on technical work with enablement and knowledge sharing. Your Responsibilities * Support development of small AI & digital proof of concepts (PoCs) * Assist with Python scripting, small tools, and data processing * Build simple prototypes or agents using Microsoft Copilot * Support automation and integration initiativesHelp with testing, documentation, and debugging * Contribute to AI & digitalization trainings (materials, demos, examples) * Capture and share best practices, guidelines, and internal content * Support communication to make digital topics accessible for non-technical audiences

Requirements

Ongoing studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems or a comparable technical field
University degree in chemistry, electronics, mechanical engineering, physics or similar as beneficial
Basic to good programming skills (e.g. Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar)
Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English, German skills are asset
Good analytical skills with attention to details, “out of the Box” thinking and good stress management
Eagerness to constantly learn and evolve with new technologies and methodologies
