As a Global Compliance Intern under the supervision of the Five Arrows Global Compliance Officer, you will take part in a range of responsibilities and gain hands-on experience in compliance-related matters. Your main tasks will include: Monitoring regulatory developments applicable to asset management and AIFM activities, Assisting in regulatory assessments (legal and regulatory research, gap analysis and drafting of compliance memorandum), Participating in the review, update and implementation of the Five Arrows Global Compliance framework (including drafting policies and procedures and training materials etc.), Supporting ongoing compliance projects, including internal controls, regulatory reviews and audits, Assisting in the preparation of reports for senior management and Group compliance
