Job Description

Working closely with the Philips Capital (PC) team, you will support a strategic benchmarking project focused on understanding how leading vendors structure and deliver customer financing solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting a comprehensive market benchmarking study on customer financing offerings (e.g., financing product programs, pricing models, go‑to‑market approaches, partnerships with financial institutions). Mapping and analyzing competitive financing structures such as loans, leases, pay‑per‑use models, subscription models, and bundled equipment‑service financing. Identifying best practices, innovation trends, and differentiators in vendor financing. Supporting the PC team in translating benchmarking insights into actionable recommendations for PC’s product roadmap and commercial strategy. Assisting in the development or refinement of customer financing products, programs, and value propositions based on benchmarking outcomes. Preparing clear, structured deliverables including presentations, comparison frameworks, and executive summaries for internal stakeholders. Collaborating with PC colleagues globally to validate findings and ensure alignment with Philips’ commercial priorities.
