Job Description

You will join the dynamically developing Alcon Digital Hub as a member of the Generative AI Team. In the position of AI Engineer, you will help solve business problems by delivering Agentic AI solutions to our Business Partners.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree student in Computer Science or another STEM discipline.
Proficiency in Python and its key libraries (pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, scikit-learn) as well as experience with Agentic AI frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain) and Microsoft Azure cloud services.
Solid understanding of statistical inference, traditional machine learning algorithms, time-series analysis, simulation techniques, and neural network architectures.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, with a passion for tackling complex challenges.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
