Job Description

Vous participez à : • la réalisation de recherches juridiques et la rédaction de notes de synthèse, • la préparation de présentations patrimoniales, • la réalisation de simulations chiffrées des schémas d’organisation, • la rédaction d’actes juridiques (clauses bénéficiaires de contrats d’assurance-vie, statuts de sociétés, etc) • la préparation de déclarations fiscales.

Requirements

Etudiant(e) en cours de formation au sein d’un cursus spécialisé en ingénierie patrimoniale (Master II en Droit et Fiscalité, Gestion du Patrimoine Privé, Ingénierie du Patrimoine,…) ;
Elève-avocat(e) ayant suivi l’une des formations décrites ci-dessus ;
Vous êtes motivé(e), assidu(e) et rigoureux(se) ;
Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques et bureautiques (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ainsi que les outils documentaires (Navis, LexisNexis, Jcl …).
