



As part of the Global Sales organization within Brand Activation for Alliance Key Accounts (AKA) Foot Locker, our Amsterdam team drives impactful, consumer-focused marketing executions across Europe. We work closely with Key Account Sales, Merchandising, Brand Comms, and our partners at Foot Locker to bring adidas to life in both retail and digital environments. THE ROLE Help build and execute the European Account Marketing and Activation Plans for Alliance Key Account (AKA) Foot Locker that deliver significant business growth and improvement in our Brand Health KPIs working in close co-operation with the European Key Account Sales and Merchandise Teams. Main category scope of work is adidas Originals (sneakers / streetwear). You will play a key role in executing European Account Marketing and Activation Plans for Alliance Key Account (AKA) Foot Locker. This role will help drive business growth by supporting the brand activation team in alignment with European Key Account Sales and Merchandising teams. Main category scope of work is adidas Originals (sneakers/ streetwear) focusing on 360 ᵒ marketing campaigns for in-store and digital activations, ensuring excellent execution online and in key doors across Europe. A key focus will be managing the seasonal product visual board in line with the retail roadmap, including management of sample products and POS materials. GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS AND PROJECTS · Support the execution of the seasonal ‘Account Marketing Calendar’ to ensure that adidas wins at the point of purchase by category across digital and retail touchpoints against the agreed KPI’s. · Support the implementation of the retail roadmap and manage the point-of-sale (POS) materials distribution ensuring On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery of visual merchandising elements to stores. · Help execute the always-on-approach for social & digital strategy for the account that increases adidas’ share of voice, engagement rates, sell-through and adapt based on data insights. · Maintain the seasonal visual board by owning the styling direction and sample inventory process to ensure timely supply of product to stakeholders including agencies and internal teams. · Closely co-operate with Global Brand Comms teams and EU Brand Comms teams to secure a best practice level of implementation of global strategy in Europe. · Support the team with the creation of campaign overviews, analysis and recaps. · Help to measure the effectiveness of the account activation plans ensuring execution with excellence visually and strong sell out. · Be a departmental voice focusing on AI developments within the marketing and sneaker world giving bi-monthly updates to stakeholders.
