Nuveen Real Estate Summer Intern – Based in Paris Internship NEW
Requirements
Fluent verbal and written communication capabilities in French and English is mandatory.
Nuveen France is looking to bring on board a motivated intern to join their team in Paris.
The successful candidate will work closely with the investment and portfolio management staff supporting them throughout acquisition, asset management and disposal process.
The candidate will work on office, retail and logistic assets.
This internship offers an outstanding opportunity to start a career in commercial real estate.
On track for an undergraduate Bachelor degree or Master in Business Administration, Finance, International Business, Economics or any other Business related field.
Academic background or demonstrated interest in Real Estate E.g. Relevant coursework; active participation in investment clubs; managing a virtual portfolio; following market commentary; reading financial news
Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise written and verbal communications tailored to different audiences.
Proven ability to work effectively in team settings by actively listening to others’ perspectives, contributing constructively to group discussions.
Demonstrated ability to understand business problems from multiple angles, identify key drivers of outcomes, and propose solutions that balance competing priorities.
Strong competency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & advanced in Excel). E.g. have evidence of doing financial analysis and financial modelling.
Track record of taking ownership of projects or responsibilities without constant supervision.
We will only consider students in their penultimate year graduating in 2027.
We will only consider applicants who have the right to live and work in the country for where the internship is located.
You must be able to work the internship from June to Dec 2026.
