As Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), we offer financial solutions for corporate and institutional clients in a number of locations globally. Our Securities Services business line is a multi-asset servicing specialist. We are an exciting, dynamic, and growing operations centre; therefore, we are looking for candidates who are willing to be a vital part of the expansion of BNP Paribas’ operational scope in Poland. Internship in Fund Industry Requirements: * Fluency in English (min. B2) * Graduate or pursuing last years of studies preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar * Strong analytical skills and attention to details * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (other financial software programs will be a big plus) * Interest in banking or other financial sectors * Availability at least 30 hours per week Responsibilities: * Accurately recording and completing relevant checklists * Monitoring of settlements and pending trades * Provide support to senior staff in daily activities * Assist in preparation of financial reports and statements * Proactive communication with business partners, responding to internal and external clients’ queries * Work with deadlines * Participate in meetings and training sessions to gain knowledge of team’s practices and procedures What we offer: * Civil contract * A paid internship followed by a possibility of permanent employment * Hybrid work mode, 50% working from home within a month * Multisport Plus Card available on preferential terms * Full on boarding and induction programme * Supporting and friendly work atmosphere * Relevant trainings and development opportunities
