Job Description

Brindar apoyo administrativo y operativo al equipo. Gestionar la correspondencia y documentos internos. Preparar presentaciones y materiales administrativos. Mantener un entorno de trabajo eficiente y organizado. Gestionar tareas de secretaría (recepción, informes de gastos, asistencia, reservas, etc.). Apoyar al equipo de administración y contabilidad en tareas operativas. Otras tareas relacionadas con la gestión de oficina.

Requirements

Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo
