To keep pace with our rapid growth, we're looking for a curious and structured Content & Process Writer Intern to support our Content Writer in turning complex information into clear, engaging, and user-friendly content. What you'll do: Internal FAQ Creation * Assist in writing, structuring, and maintaining internal knowledge base articles that support team workflows. Strong focus on implementing standardised templates throughout the entire Knowledge Base. * Help prepare materials for weekly internal training sessions on new or updated processes and features. External FAQ Creation * Support the creation and management of client-facing FAQ content and help center documentation. Strong focus on implementing standardised templates throughout the entire Knowledge Base. * Translate complex product or technical concepts into clear, easy-to-understand content for clients. * Help ensure external help content is well-structured and easy to navigate. AI Process Integration * Assist in the translation of internal workflows into AI-ready process documentation. * Help maintain content compatible with tools like Zendesk Co-Pilot and Forethought AI.
