








As part of our Employer Branding Team, you’ll help shape that experience, internally and externally, across channels and touchpoints. Your responsibilities: * Independently developing content for our social media channels, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, this involves a holistic approach to text, storytelling, and visual execution * Analyzing relevant KPIs and collaborating with the team to identify optimization strategies * Creatively visualize processes, figures and content in a clear, engaging and brand‑aligned way (for presentations, social media and internal communication) * Maintain and further develop our presence on career platforms such as kununu, ensuring consistency, relevance and up to date content * Active collaboration in recruiting projects and close cooperation with the recruiting team, strengthening cross functional teamwork * Collaborate on target group specific HR communication across various channels (internal & external) * Active input into ongoing employer branding projects, always with a focus on the candidate experience * Support the team with operational and administrative tasks and quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
