Konzeptionelle, koordinierende und administrative Unterstützung im globalen People Development & Succession Team (z.B.: Nachfolgeplanung, Karriereentwicklung, Expertenkarriere, Individuelle Entwicklungsprogramme) Mithilfe bei der eigenverantwortlichen Planung, Organisation, Begleitung und Nachbereitung von Workshops und Veranstaltungen Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und konzeptionellen Aufbereitung von ansprechenden Präsentationen und Informationsunterlagen für diverse Zielgruppen (z.B. Vorstandspräsentationen) Aktive Teilnahme an globalen Meetings im Rahmen von Projekten & Linienaufgaben

Requirements

Nachweis der Immatrikulation zum Zeitpunkt des Praktikums.
Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Personalmanagement, Sozialwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
