Job Description

This internship places you at the heart of ING’s Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) and Asset & Liability Management (ALM) activities. You will support a global team that develops and analyses behavioural models for products such as mortgages and savings accounts—impacting how ING manages interest rate and liquidity risks for more than 40 million customers worldwide. You will work in an international environment, collaborating with colleagues across Europe, Asia, and Australia, and gaining hands‑on exposure to financial risk management in practice.

Requirements

studying economics, econometrics, mathematics, physics, data science, or related fields.
Interest in financial risk, modelling, treasury or banking.
Experience with Python, data analysis, or visualization tools is a plus.
You are curious and proactive in asking questions.
