Within the Client Care team, wich have the role to provide aftersales services to clients, the Project & performance intern supports project managers with performance optimization and and projects management / follow up. Your Missions: Project * Define & synthetize business needs of different regions to frame the next projects * Do the link with all the different stakeholders to prepare launch of different projects (IT, retail, repair workshops) * Tester the different tools & process. * Train regions to the new process & tools * Ensure hypercare period after project go-live with all regions * The intern will work on a large range of projects from operations to retail Performance * Ensure that tool gathering all data of repairs is well used by users and ensure data accuracy in the system * Weekly KPIs monitoring : challenge & support regions to reach their target in a (Leadtime, productivity…) * Support the team to create the monthly reporting * Control of spare parts consumption, stock management of spare parts in a huge network of stores and repair workshops * Monthly budget follow up : consolidate P&L of all markets, challenge repair costs
