We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Apprentice to support the continued growth of our team. You will work closely with the Talent team to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, engaging, and hiring early-career talent (interns and apprentices), while also dedicating equal effort to campus management, event coordination, and university outreach. This role will also support the recruitment for a small number of full-time roles. You will gain hands-on exposure to technical recruiting, sourcing strategy, campus management, and recruitment operations in a fast-growing and highly technical environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn how high-performing teams are built while contributing directly to Harmattan AI’s hiring efforts.
