About the role: Talent Management comprises the end-to-end experience of our employees – from the first moment of onboarding. As a Talent Management Intern, we will assign you to exciting projects that shape the way our employees deliver, grow and learn new skills, helping translate people’s strategy into impactful employee experiences. What you’ll learn: * Hands-on experience supporting learning programs, leadership development initiatives, and talent processes * How performance management and talent cycles are structured and executed across markets * Exposure to tools and methodologies used to drive employee development, engagement, and growth * Working with cross-functional stakeholders across HR and the business in an international environment * Understanding how skills, capabilities, and leadership pipelines are built in large organizations * Developing professional communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills You will be entrusted with real tasks and encouraged to ask questions, learn fast, and contribute.
