Job Description

Discover the art of pastry in the refined setting of Grand Hyatt Barcelona, our prestigious 5-star Grand Luxury hotel where creativity, excellence, and attention to detail define the guest experience. Over the course of six months, you’ll become part of our culinary team, with a focus on pastry and dessert production across several dynamic outlets. From our elegant breakfast buffet to our signature café offerings, you’ll learn the fundamentals of high-end pastry in a luxury hospitality environment.

Requirements

  • Current student at a university
  • Availability for starting the internship in August for 6 months period
  • Passionate about desserts, flavors, and culinary craftsmanship
  • English or Spanish necessary
  • Attentive to detail, eager to learn, and committed to excellence
  • Available for a 6-month full-time internship
  • Able to sign a university collaboration agreement
  • Legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in an EU-approved internship program
