





With its opening scheduled for 2026, Andaz Lisbon will be the newest luxury lifestyle hotel in the Portuguese capital, representing a strategic milestone in Hyatt’s continued growth in Southern Europe and the first Hyatt-managed hotel in Portugal. We are currently looking for an Executive Office Trainee to join our team! The Executive Office Trainee will support the General Manager directly, contributing to the daily hotel operations, administrative management, internal communication and project coordination. This role provides a strategic and transversal overview of various hotel operations, offering a rich and diverse learning experience. Main responsibilities: · Assist with daily administrative tasks (agenda management, correspondence, document organization); · Prepare presentations, reports and materials for internal and external meetings; · Handle calls, emails and relevant contacts, ensuring clear and professional communication; · Support the coordination of GM initiatives and interdepartmental projects; · Participate in the organization of internal events, delegation visits, corporate VIPs or external partners; · Gather information and update operational indicators when required. · Welcome special guests/VIPs when requested; · Ensure special requests are properly coordinated with operational teams. · Represents GM on his/her behalf when is needed
