Job Description

Supporting company recruitment processes. Managing the search and selection processes for our Young Talent Program. Utilizing internal applications and digital recruitment platforms, resume screening, phone/online interviews, and identifying new talent. Assisting in the management of agreements with various Educational Institutions (e.g., Collaboration Agreements, Internship Annexes). Providing support in the administrative control and management of new hires/onboarding. Managing and maintaining internal databases and the talent pool of profiles. Supporting the HR department with various tasks (e.g., career/job fairs, presentation preparation, training). Assisting with coordination with other departments (e.g., Payroll, Administration, IT).

Requirements

  • A high level of English, approximately C1
  • Ability to secure an internship agreement with a university/school
  • Currently studying Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Sociology, Education, Law or a related Master's program
