Job Description

Project management by creating and maintaining project plans and status updates, preparing and documenting meetings, tracking actions, and supporting day-to-day project execution Create presentations, enablement material and create and maintain SharePoint pages Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across different functions and time zones and document and communicate the results internally

Requirements

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Preferred fields of study: Business, marketing, economics or a related field
First experiences in project management is a plus
Fluent English, both written and verbal, German is plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills; Able to track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
Program or project management experience (meeting cadence, action items, status tracking)
Proficiency with presentation tools (PowerPoint, or equivalent) and an eye for clean, professional slide design
Comfortable supporting recurring business meetings (agenda prep, notes, action tracking)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive in flagging risks or gaps
Familiarity with common productivity tools (Excel, email, calendars, collaboration tools like Teams/Slack)
