Daily responsibilities * Maintain order in the office by collecting, organizing, and redistributing IT equipment. * Prepare and configure workstations and peripherals according to company standards. * Provide on-site support for meetings, conference calls, and training sessions, ensuring all AV and IT systems function correctly. * Monitor and maintain shared office devices (e.g., printers, AV systems), performing first-line troubleshooting. * Log, track, and update all service requests and incidents in the IT Service Management (ITSM) system. * Escalate unresolved issues to relevant IT teams.
