Job Description

After the 2 year program, you will work as a job opportunity for you to light the way as a Sales Representative in Italy with Signify. Your main tasks will be: * Support our commercial team in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets. * Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. * Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. * Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Requirements

  • Recent graduates or young professionals
  • Fluent in Czech and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Motivated to build a career in sales, even without prior experience
  • Willing to invest two years in structured learning and development - with strong appetite to learn and grow
  • Adaptative, flexible and creative mind
  • People with a natural ability to build strong connections
