As an Automation Developer Intern within the Intelligent Automation (IA) team, you will support the development and implementation of automated solutions for the Citco Group. You will work closely with process owners and team members to help streamline and digitize operational processes, contributing to increased efficiency across the organization. This role is ideal for students or early-career individuals who are interested in technology, motivated to learn Python, and have strong computer literacy. Previous professional experience is not required. Your Role: * Assist in assessing business processes for transformation and automation potential. * Participate in brainstorming sessions with business SMEs and technical team members. * Support the creation of solution design documents describing current and future states. * Help document expected outcomes and benefits of proposed solutions. * Contribute to project tasks such as basic analysis, solution development, testing, and rollout. * Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives. * Learn how to understand business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
