You will work in a dynamic and international team, playing a central role in enhancing our fuel controlling processes and reporting. You will be involved in developing interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar visualization tools, utilizing data from Fuel Plus and One Stream within KLM's Finance Data Hub. This includes gathering business requirements, designing and developing dashboards, and facilitating user adoption. You will also focus on identifying, automating, and improving manual processes associated with fuel data management and reporting, implementing automation solutions, and preparing documentation. * You will gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders (finance, operations, IT) to determine key reporting needs related to Fuel Plus data; * You will design, develop, and iteratively improve interactive dashboards that visualize fuel usage, costs, efficiency, and other relevant KPIs; * You will identify, implement, and document automation solutions for manual tasks and workflows using appropriate tools (such as Power BI, Power Automate, or Excel); * You will manage divergent stakeholder interests and support consensus-building across departments to ensure successful project delivery.
