





Participate in Continuous Improvement activities * Engage in a cross-functional collaborative environment * Maintaining and updating roadmap trackers, timelines, and dependency maps * Preparing meeting notes, action logs, and follow ‑ up summaries for cross ‑ team syncs * Supporting backlog management and ensuring items are properly documented and prioritized * Assisting with status reporting, dashboards, and communication to stakeholders * Helping organize workshops, planning sessions, and milestone reviews * Providing general operational support so the team can stay focused on execution and decision ‑ making * Perform Service/System monitoring and Event Management * Perform Incident Management with low to moderate complexity and ensure customer SLAs are met * Execute predefined actions (Recommended Actions) to resolve incidents * Escalate major issues to the BTP Cloud Engineering or Development teams * Drive customer communication during critical events * Perform proactive Problem Management
