As a Talent Acquisition intern you will: Evaluate incoming applications and review relevance and fit to the job description Source candidates from LinkedIn for Netcompany's recruitment needs Be in contact with candidates, to arrange first interviews with the Talent Acquisition team Monitor company's ATS (SmartRecruiters) and make sure all data is up-to-date Proactively build effective candidate pipelines using different sourcing channels.
