Contribute to real sustainability work inside a certified B Corp, supporting projects that reduce our environmental impact and improve how we design, source, and manage products across the full value chain * Get hands-on experience in ESG and sustainability processes across CO₂ reporting, Life Cycle Assessments, circularity, materials, waste, and social impact, building a strong understanding of how sustainability works in practice * Work across the business by partnering with Product, Supply Chain, Buying, and Retail to gather insights and help drive sustainability initiatives forward * Be a go-to for Responsibility by supporting internal questions and helping communicate sustainability topics across the business * Drive execution day to day by coordinating and supporting Responsibility projects across HQ and stores * Improve and follow up by reviewing environmental and social audits and tracking corrective action plans
