Job Description

Als Teil unseres PMO-Teams mit Schwerpunkt auf Projekt-Controlling-Themen unterstützt du aktiv die erfolgreiche Umsetzung großer Kundenprojekte. Deine Aufgaben umfassen insbesondere: * Unterstützung der Projektleitungen im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Workshops * Mitwirkung bei Projektcontrolling und Reporting, inkl. Datenpflege in SAP und Projektmanagement-Tools * Analyse von Projektdaten, insbesondere zur Forecast-Genauigkeit und Projektbewertung * Weiterentwicklung und Sicherstellung einheitlicher Projektprozesse, Standards und Vorlagen * Auswertung abgeschlossener Projekte zur Identifikation von Best Practices und Optimierungspotenzialen

Requirements

Laufendes Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt
Berufserfahrung im PMO, Projektmanagement oder Controlling wünschenswert
Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute organisatorische sowie kommunikative Fähigkeiten und hohe Teamorientierung
Analytisches Denkvermögen und Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen
Sehr Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel
