


The Global Go-To-Market Team (Change Management/Adoption) is looking for a candidate for the position of Global Intern. His/her knowledge of Change Management and Project Management combined with his/her analytical and people skills will shape the core of his/her responsibilities. In this role, you will be joining a team of high-performance professionals across a wide variety of areas of expertise and roles, and especially cultures. The Global Intern is responsible for supporting and promoting the adoption and implementation of our global suite of tools and platforms, directly to the local Havas country locations and to key client teams. This involves flexibility to perform a wide variety of tasks and a high degree of excellence across a full spectrum of skills. Specifically, a technical background to understand, summarize, and engage with the data intensive products, but also the charismatic soft-skills to subsequently present those products in forms of onboarding and use cases and the cultural sensitivity to uncover and create action plans to overcome underlying barriers to adoption. Will also need to navigate a matrix organization where global & local stakeholders have various mindsets, roles and reporting lines.
