The Role – Marketing Intern PPC (Pay-Per-Click) As an intern within our PPC team, you’ll gain insight into how we drive targeted traffic and maximise return on investment through paid digital channels. You will support with campaign setup, keyword research, and performance monitoring across platforms such as Google and social media. You’ll develop a strong understanding of digital advertising, bidding strategies, and performance marketing. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) As an intern within our CRM team, you’ll learn how we engage and retain customers through personalised communication strategies. You will support with the planning and execution of email and SMS campaigns, customer segmentation, and performance analysis. You’ll gain valuable experience in lifecycle marketing and how data-driven insights enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value. Activation As an intern within our Activation team, you’ll gain exposure to how we bring campaigns to life across multiple channels. You will support with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activity. You’ll develop strong organisational and project management skills while learning how integrated marketing drives brand awareness and sales. Influencer As an intern within our Influencer Marketing team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in building partnerships with creators and brand ambassadors. You will support with influencer outreach, campaign coordination, and performance tracking. You’ll develop an understanding of how influencer partnerships drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion in the beauty and e-commerce space. Content As an intern within our Content team, you’ll support in creating and optimising engaging digital content across multiple platforms. You will assist with writing product descriptions, supporting campaign content, and ensuring all assets are aligned with brand tone and guidelines. You’ll gain experience in storytelling, brand voice, and content strategy within a fast-paced digital environment. Retail Media As an intern within our Retail Media team, you’ll learn how we leverage on-site and off-site advertising to drive product visibility and sales across our platforms. You will support with campaign setup, monitoring performance, and reporting on key metrics. You’ll develop a strong understanding of retail media networks and how data-driven advertising enhances the customer journey and commercial performance.
