Job Description

Working closely with an experienced HR team, you will support the delivery of key HR initiatives and contribute to the effective operation of the HR function. Responsibilities will include: * Support HR Business Partners with a range of HR activities, including recruitment and selection, talent development, talent management, and general HR administrative duties * Maintain and update departmental databases, systems, and employee records ensuring accuracy and compliance * Coordinate employee induction and onboarding processes in collaboration with HR Business Partners * Ensure all departmental records are managed in accordance with our policies and data protection requirements * Lead and actively participate in project work as required * Respond to employee queries and provide guidance and support to managers when requested * Assist with the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of HR systems, processes, and procedures

Requirements

  • studying towards a degree o r integrated master's in HR or a Business-related discipline - with a significant HR component
  • available to complete a 12-month placement commencing in June/July 2026
  • proficient in Microsoft Office
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • experience working within a team environment
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure to meet deadlines
  • high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive employee information
  • submission of a covering letter is mandatory
