





The internship will start in August/September 2026 and last for a minimum of 6 months Main tasks As a member of the team, your responsibilities will include: •Conducting market research and producing global hospitality market studies (French market and other European countries). •Participating in hotel inspections across France, including interviews with General Managers (business performance, local market, competition, strategy, budget, etc.). •Analysing legal documents such as lease agreements, franchise agreements, and HMAs. •Producing market studies to support hotel valuations (demand, operational performance, competition, investment trends, and comparable evidence). •Assisting in hotel valuations (P&L forecast, DCF valuation) and preparing valuation reports under the supervision of Senior Valuers. •Providing support to Senior Valuers, Associates and Partners of the team on any hotel-related topics.
