The intern will be an administrative support for sales and marketing teams The internship will be carried out within the ENT (Ear Nose Throat Operating Unit) team. The tasks to be performed for the offered internship include supporting the Marketing and Sales areas within Medtronic’s ENT department, specifically: Analysis and management of stock and inventory control. Handling of shipments and material orders. Organization and control of the warehouse. Management of events and meetings. Development of the product catalog, including defining technical specifications. Management of training courses for physicians and sales representatives. Updating product-related bibliographic materials. Execution of internal administrative processes. Preparation of presentations and translations. Use of internal management systems (Ariba, Ecats, etc.). Preparation of budgets for the sales team. Attendance at medical training courses to provide technical and commercial support.
