Our team at the BMW Group is dedicated to fostering a culture of innovation by connecting internal and external innovators. We enable idea generation and collaborative problem-solving through the BMW Crowd Innovation Platform, offering you the chance to support our dynamic Open Innovation team during your internship. What awaits you? You will support the Lead of Crowd Innovation and the Open Innovation team in managing the BMW Crowd Innovation Platform. Furthermore, you help to optimize the BMW Crowd Innovation Platform by identifying and implementing improvements for an enhanced user experience. In addition, you contribute to supporting BMW departments worldwide in conceptualizing and implementing structured calls for ideas. Moreover, you will engage with the BMW Crowd as a moderator and ideation manager on the platform. You also help to set standards for ideation processes, crowd communication, and platform content. Furthermore, you contribute to the communication work stream, early validation (BMW Incubator), and project piloting (Business Building) work streams.
