As a TECH Intern for the Agile Center, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Agile Center communication strategy, developing and implementing effective communication to keep our stakeholders informed and engaged. will gain valuable hands-on experience in agile framework, tools, and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Internal Communications: * Assist in creating internal newsletters, announcements, and updates. * Contribute to the development of internal communication channels, such as our sharepoint site and teams channel. Governance: * Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues. * Prepare and maintain documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and deliverables. Data Analysis: * Collect and analyze squads’ agile maturity data to identify trends and insights. * Prepare reports on Agile Center support performance and metrics. Learning and Development: * Actively seek out learning opportunities to enhance your agile skills. * Participate in training programs and workshops.
