Over the course of four placements (including two abroad), tailored to your profile, you will build an international network and gain in-depth insights into projects, strategies, and cultures. Short-term placements in Production, Dealerships, and Customer Service will broaden your perspective while allowing you to experience the world through our customers' eyes. You will have the opportunity to participate in networking events to connect with like-minded professionals and enroll in specialised courses at our training academy. Upon completion of the 18-month programme , you will transition into a permanent role within the BMW Group. With your transformational ideas, you will contribute to strategy development and implementation as well as enable, manage and realise innovative projects within one of those areas while taking those to the next level. During your assignments, you will play an active role in the ongoing transformation and digitalisation of business processes . Further, you will not only collaborate with various departments, but also be in touch with different markets establishing a valuable internal and international network.
