

As project coordinator, you will serve as the support of traversal roadmap project manager. This role ensures that continuity of handling evolution requests related to the client data programme in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities include : * Coordinate, Monitor and Follow Up Evolution Requests: + Coordinate and support functional assessment with relevant stakeholders (requesters, PMO teams, IT teams, legal teams …) + Follow up and update status in Jira (Project Management Tool) + Support requester in defining the requirement from Business and functional perspective * Request Prioritisation: Facilitate request prioritisation review process * Stakeholder Communication: Inform relevant teams of updates, new requirements, and process changes. * Process Optimisation : Identify areas for improvement in traversal evolution processes, templates and guidelines * Other ad-hoc support such as preparing high level programme status and resources update, define and support programme transition from Build to Business-As-Usual Mode
