Job Description

You advise management and investors in developing strategic, digital, and tech-driven due diligence reports for both buy-side and sell-side transactions. You analyze and challenge business models for leading Private Equity clients across industries and international markets. You contribute to strategic value creation and growth initiatives, shaping compelling equity stories for portfolio companies. You identify key consulting needs, structure complex problems, and help design strategic solutions. You assess the strategic impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on business models and value creation. You collaborate closely with our digital and data strategy experts, combining strategic thinking with hands-on implementation. You prepare presentations for client projects. You actively participate in core activities such as workshops, client meetings, research, business analyses, and process developments for both external and internal projects.

Requirements

You hold a Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science or a related discipline with excellent grades.
You possess a Master's degree with a focus on (digital) strategy consulting, transaction advisory or digital marketing.
You have a strong affinity for technologies, including digital marketing, or AI.
You possess strong analytical skills combined with a creative mind.
You have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
