You analyze and challenge business models for leading Private Equity clients across industries and international markets. You contribute to strategic value creation and growth initiatives, shaping compelling equity stories for portfolio companies. You identify key consulting needs, structure complex problems, and help design strategic solutions. You assess the strategic impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on business models and value creation. You collaborate closely with our digital and data strategy experts, combining strategic thinking with hands-on implementation. You prepare presentations for client projects. You actively participate in core activities such as workshops, client meetings, research, business analyses, and process developments for both external and internal projects.
