Joining Hilti as an intern means experiencing much more than a simple internship: it’s a structured six‑month program that will allow you to discover our culture, develop concrete skills, and contribute to real projects within the Evolution Project team. What You'll do You will take an active role in the following activities: * Support on operational implementation of Southern-Europe Project and Initiatives (e.g. keep roadmap and documentation of communities and meetings updated, translations, update excel files and analysis) * Support in effective sfdc.com release management: creation of training documentation in English and Italian (e.g. videos, “how tos”, Q&A files), and optimize communication flow and channels * Report bugs and tickets for sfdc.com improvements to global * 1st level support of the Hilti sales teams in case of issues with Salesforce / AI Tools * 2nd level support of local market contact persons in case of issues with global software solutions What You’ll Bring We’d love to hear from you if: You’re not just looking for an internship, but for a challenge that sparks your curiosity and pushes you to grow.
